GHSRC is an Oxford-based consultancy specialising in quantitative research and advisory services for governments and private organisations. The company is run by Dr Gabriel Heller Sahlgren, a researcher and adviser who has authored numerous publications on policy-related issues and advised organisations worldwide. While doing work in different areas, the company focuses especially on quantitative research and advisory services in social policy and practice.
In our research, we study a wide variety of issues of relevance to governments and private companies using big data and advanced econometrics, which together with the existing evidence base inform our tailor-made advice for developing policy, practice, and advocacy to help your organisation succeed.
Gabriel has previously worked with intergovernmental organisations, such as the Nordic Welfare Centre, international think tanks, such as the Centre for Education Economics, the European Centre for Entrepreneurship and Policy Reform (ECEPR), and the Fraser Institute, as well as trade organisations, such as the Institute of Directors and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
