Dr Gabriel Heller Sahlgren is the director of GHSRC, a research and advisory consultancy based in Oxford, UK. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Gabriel holds a PhD and an MSc in Social Policy with distinction from the London School of Economics as well as a BA in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge with starred first class honours. He is also a research fellow at the Research Institute of Industrial Economics. Gabriel is the author of numerous publications – ranging from academic papers in peer reviewed journals to op-eds in newspapers – on issues relating to applied microeconomics and social policy, which feature regularly in international media. His knowledge and experience in research and public policy development are frequently called upon by a wide range of clients across the world.
